Program Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution.
- No admission tests are required for the Enterprise Systems Certificate program.
Course Materials
Participants will work on the latest version of an original SAP system. Theoretical background is explained in detailed lecture notes and the case studies/exercises completed throughout the program.
These materials are only available outside the SAP commercial classroom training arena through SAP’s University Alliance program, of which Northwood University is an active member. Upon successful completion of this program and passing of the certification exam, participants gain a globally recognized SAP consultant certification.
Schedule, Workload and Fees
The Enterprise Systems Certificate Program with an SAP emphasis is delivered entirely online with the expectation that individuals will actively participate through interactive learning, instruction, chat sessions, and other technology rich content.
You must register for all sessions (unless your degree included the relevant coursework of the first 2 sessions) and information is provided about each session’s content and calculation of cost. Session III will meet synchronously for four hours during the normal work day. This boot camp style instruction is immersive and will hinder the ability to work full-time during the session.
SAP Certification Schedule
Focuses on the topic of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) using the world market leader in the field of business enterprise software, SAP S/4HANA. Participants will learn organizational data/levels and master data needed to complete business transactions in a full enterprise system. Hands-on exercises and case studies contribute to understanding of transactions in various end-to-end processes and integration of accounting, documents and tasks across business processes.
Builds on knowledge of enterprise systems and process integration incorporating configuration issues, concepts and controls. Participants will gain experiential knowledge on the setup and configuration of an ERP system including procedures and best practices of critical systems administration including but not limited to master data alignment and module-based business logic integration.
The Certification Academy offers an intensive training curriculum and is designed for individuals already familiar with business process integration and SAP’s ERP suite. Course material will examine how business processes interact with SAP S/4HANA through each of the SAP modules, including the analytical and reporting functions. Participants are expected to attend ALL lecture sessions as this will be very interactive and discussion-based. In addition to lecture sessions, a substantial commitment of time is needed for review of material, practice assessments, and studying on the weeknights and weekends throughout the session. Participants must be able to devote considerable time outside of lecture meetings for exam preparation. A reliable internet connection to participate actively with video and audio is required. Completion of this session prepares participants for the “SAP Certified Application Associate – Business Process Integration with SAP S/4HANA” exam. Participants are eligible to take the certification exam upon completion of the certification academy.
Participants agree that they will use the SAP systems and software provided in this program for educational purposes only and not for any commercial purposes.
